So many times I turned a blind eye to shitty behaviour because I didn’t think I was worth more...

When have you allowed shitty behaviour because you didn’t want to rock the boat,

Or you accepted shitty conditions because you didn’t believe at that time you were worthy of more?

Well, last night while I was making out with Jesse from Breaking Bad (as you do) I realised I will never do that again.

I had a laugh with a client today at how shameless I seem online.

“You wrote about having bad sex,” she marvelled. “I related but wouldn’t ever talk openly like that.”

I have hidden parts of myself for as long as I remember.

Shameful parts of me hidden under bravado.

Unacceptable parts covered up by more palatable options.

Sexual desires, dreams for the future,
mortification from my past.

I hid from others and even myself.

Weird, wild and wonderful parts of me

For fear it was... for fear I was...

Too much.

Do you allow others to see you in the raw?

Not your flesh. Not your skin.

That’s just your human envelope.

Do you allow others to see your raw truth?

Can be you be your most authentic self in every facet of your life or do you hold parts back?

Do you bite your tongue, hide your desires, keep back parts of your story,

The most colourful parts,

The oddly shaped thoughts,

The hopes, dreams and desires.

No more. Step right up.

The day you decide to stop fearing the judgement of others,

And make peace with all of your quirks, kinks, histories and foibles,

Is the day you truly arrive at your sovereignty.

When you allow others to see you in the raw,

Then, and only then, will you release the binds that tie you in knots.

You will be heard by those those who need to hear,

Seen by those those ready to see,

Felt by those who resonate with you,

You will have arrived.

And the world is waiting for you to do exactly that.

I just finished a session with someone who doesn’t let herself get hopeful.

Too far to fall, you see.

When things go wrong.

Again.

We chatted about how she, you, me,

EVERYONE are really just big, walking magnets wearing shoes.

We attract all of the things we think about constantly.

You think about all the things that you don’t want to go wrong... what do you think the Universe provides?

Yup, you guessed it.

The flip side of that coin is, focus on the outcome you want,

Creating the stuff you desire and you become a big magnet for it.

It’s the Law of Attraction.

And it’s not just a woo woo concept that only works for people who wear rainbow happy pants.

It works it’s chops off for anyone who is ready to embody what they want,

Inhabit who they need to be to create it,

And take intentional action towards it.
