I was super stressed yesterday because we had to move into an AirBB while our renovation is STILL getting done.
I had appointments, clients and pets to juggle.
I was busy, busy, busy and the tension was rising, rising, rising.
Suddenly my kid refused breakfast, saying their tummy was not happy. I know it wasn’t a tummy ache though, it was my stress leaking into the house.
Did you know that tension, bad moods and laziness are contagious? It’s true.
The good news is happiness, joy and generosity are contagious too.
If you’re gonna be a super spreader, choose what you spread wisely.
Spread joy, share smiles, and bask in the happiness of others.
"Happiness is amazing, and it doesn't matter if it's yours or not."
In a world where there is enough stress and worry to sink to sink a thousand ships, remember that kindness ripples create endless waves of positivity.

Do you know what a BHAG is? It’s a Big Hairy Audacious Goal. The moonshot. The slightly scary but oh so exciting one.
Dream big, reach for the stars, but remember to stay grounded.
While aiming to be an astronaut is incredible, be realistic about your starting point.
Don't limit yourself to your comfort zone, but also, don't set goals that are out of reach.
Go for your BHAG, but break that bad boy into manageable steps so you don’t shit yourself at the very thought.
Find the sweet spot in between easy peasy and scary AF and keep upping your ante!
